Zeppelin Rental is one of the leading rental and construction logistics service providers in the German-speaking region.
With over 160 locations, approximately 2,200 employees, and a fleet of more than 75,000 machines.

With a fleet of this size and such a wide variety of machines and equipment, one question is particularly crucial: As a service provider, how do you ensure that every machine is operated correctly and safely by every renter? Zeppelin Rental operates its own training platform for this purpose.

Since 2021, we have been continuously producing training videos for this internal Zeppelin training portal. Before renting any equipment, users must complete the appropriate video training and then answer review questions; only then can they rent the equipment. The content ranges from equipment operation to check-in and check-out processes for rentals, as well as safety instructions for daily use on construction sites.

For production, we’re on-site at several Zeppelin locations across Germany—whether in Oberhausen, Aschaffenburg, Weimar, or Munich—and cover the entire range of machinery there: wheel loaders, cranes, trucks, forklifts, generators, cutting tools, and many other pieces of equipment. Each video follows a clear, recognizable structure that conveys complex technical and safety-related processes in an understandable way, regardless of the viewers’ prior knowledge.

From over 100 episodes produced, a solid, multi-year partnership has emerged: a scalable video series that conveys technical knowledge and safety standards in a practical way and is now an integral part of every rental process at Zeppelin.
