Bochum Central Station is the main transportation hub for regional trains, subways, trams, and buses.
From there, you can choose:
U35 (Bogestra Campus Line )
Start: Bochum Central Station (light rail/metro station)
Direction: Hustadt / Ruhr University
Stop: Wasserstraße, and from there it’s about a 10-minute walk.
Frequency: The U35 runs regularly, typically every ~10 minutes during the day (slightly less frequently or earlier depending on the time of day, or at night)
Alternatively, take bus lines 345 or 356
Start: Bochum Central Station (light rail/metro station)
Direction: Hustadt / Ruhr University
Stop: Wasserstraße, then walk about 5 minutes from there.
