This year, too, we had the opportunity to design the EKD magazine for the theme year and the accompanying website. In addition to its numerous illustrations and creative design, the magazine—published in a nationwide print run of 50,000 copies—stands out above all for its extraordinary, almost black cover, which features a matte UV varnish and a glossy foil lamination. The printing company Cramer selected it as its “Product of the Month.”
