Team Conny Stober Office Support × Sparkassenstars Bochum
Sponsorship often stops at a logo on the jersey. For “Team Conny Stober Office-Support,” we didn’t want to stop there—we wanted to create something tangible: a story that shows what really connects everyday office life and basketball.
The idea: a role reversal. Aurel Bucur, a player for the Sparkassenstars Bochum, accompanies Conny Stober’s team as they go about their daily work. They visit two clients on-site, right in the midst of organizational tasks, bookkeeping, and filing.
Meanwhile, Conny Stober is at the Sparkassenstars training facility, helping Aurel with his training. Two perspectives, one common core: teamwork, precision, reliability. Dynamic driving footage shot in the company car bridges the two worlds.
We shot the entire project in a single day, with a small team and a deliberately minimal setup:
two office locations, a training hall, and driving shots in between. We handled the concept, direction, camera work, and production management at all locations, as well as post-production, editing, color grading, and sound. This streamlined approach doesn’t disrupt anyone’s daily workflow, allows for intimacy and authenticity, and fits within a modest social media budget.
The material was used to create a modular kit for ongoing communication: a main video—60 seconds long in 16:9 and 9:16 aspect ratios—for a detailed narrative, as well as three 15-second social media snippets to maximize reach and ensure repeat exposure in the feed.
