For us, “full service” means that we handle every step of the promotional video production process ourselves. To this end, we’ve established our own film department with full-time cameramen, editors, and post-production specialists, rather than outsourcing tasks to a rotating cast of external partners. This ensures that a project remains with the same point of contact from the initial concept through to the final cut.
And if we need assistance with specific services—such as styling, hair and makeup, set construction, or large studio spaces—we’ve been working with a network of trusted partners for years.
These capabilities are complemented by our in-house recording studio for voice recordings, sound design, and post-production, as well as our
Content Studio, covering approximately 300 m² in the basement of our agency: equipped with a green screen, professional lighting, a sound booth, and several editing suites.
This results in short communication channels between our departments, quick coordination, and a production process that we can fully control ourselves, even when dealing with tight deadlines.
Our film department doesn’t just shoot in our own studio, but also in challenging locations: wearing PPE in a steel mill, under live X-ray in an operating room, or on a construction site. Years of hands-on experience in industrial, technological, and clinical environments give us the necessary insight into workflows and safety requirements; every step of the shoot is closely coordinated with the on-site production management.

When the Camera Reaches Its Limits: CGI & 3D
Not all scenes can be captured in real life: a product that doesn’t yet exist, an industrial facility in operation, or a rocket launch into space. This is exactly where we supplement our promotional video production with CGI and 3D visualization, developed and produced by our own team.
For Vorwerk, we integrated the launch sequence of the Kobold SPB100—featuring a green screen and CGI—into a real-life film production. For clients such as APL, Trilux, Schwing Stetter, and Smart Castle, we create photorealistic product, application, and architectural visualizations based on design and CAD data, which can be seamlessly combined with filmed footage.
This way, you get both from a single source: live-action footage and CGI sequences, coordinated in terms of visual style, look, and post-production.
More About CGI & 3D Visualization
Why a promotional video is worth it:
Our brains process moving images much faster than plain text because images and sound work together. Over 80 percent of users say that a video has directly influenced their purchasing decision.1 For businesses, this means that a professionally produced promotional video builds trust, explains complex services in an understandable way, and leaves a lasting impression—whether on a website, on social media, at trade shows, or in employee recruitment.
Our approach: A promotional video only works if the concept and the target audience are a good fit. That’s why we start every production by asking: What is the video intended to achieve—a website, recruiting, sales, or a trade show—and who is it meant to reach?

Selected promotional videos from our production:
New Visual Identity from NEWALU
For NEWALU’s brand relaunch, we designed a completely new visual identity and brought it to life on film at both locations of this market leader in aluminum heat treatment. The promotional video showcases NEWALU’s expertise across the entire value chain, from the heat of the heat treatment process through surface treatment to final quality assurance.
Promotional video featuring FPV drone flight
For LED Linear™, a developer and manufacturer of linear lighting solutions based in Duisburg, we produced a spectacular promotional video featuring FPV drone footage. The camera seamlessly guides viewers through the company’s development, product design, manufacturing, and logistics processes, bringing the precision of production to life in a continuous, dynamic sequence.
Brand Development Promotional Video
To mark the launch of the new brand identity for LTS—a global lighting solutions company based in Tettnang on Lake Constance—we created a new visual identity right on-site: in production, sales, quality assurance, and development. The resulting images showcase the precision, dedication, and German engineering expertise behind the new brand.
Four Steps to a Finished Promotional Video:
1. Briefing
In our first meeting, we’ll discuss the objective, target audience, and location of your promotional video. What message should be the focus? Which channels are relevant? What is the budget and timeline?
2. Concept & Script
We develop the editorial concept, the script or storyboard, and the shooting schedule, including location and casting suggestions. Upon request, we can also provide references and mood boards.
3rd Take
Our in-house camera crew will produce the film at your company, in a studio, or at the location of your choice, including interviews, statements, drone footage, and voice recordings or music production in a recording studio.
4. Post-Production & Delivery
Editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics are all done in-house. Finally, you’ll deliver the film in all the required formats—for websites, social media, presentations, or trade shows.

Promotional Video Production FAQ
How much does a promotional video cost?
The cost of producing a promotional video depends heavily on its scope: shooting days, locations, the number of people in front of the camera, post-production, music and voice-over rights, and the desired video length all play a role. During a free consultation, we’ll assess your situation and provide a quote that fits your budget and goals.
How long does it take to produce a promotional video?
It all depends on the scope of the project. A production can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on everything from the concept to the shoot to the final post-production. Complex projects involving multiple locations or shooting days require a correspondingly longer lead time.
Who is writing the script for the promotional video?
We’d be happy to take care of that. Our editors will work with you to develop the concept, storyline, and script based on your briefing and brand positioning.
What is the difference between a corporate video, an explanatory video, and a commercial?
A corporate video typically conveys a company’s values, culture, and impact in an emotional and narrative way. An explainer video breaks down a product or service into its benefits and how it works. A commercial is shorter, more focused, and usually designed to prompt a specific call to action. Depending on the objective, we may also combine multiple formats.
Will I receive all rights to use the finished film?
We specify the usage rights individually in the quote, tailored to the planned distribution channels and the duration. Buyouts are usually necessary when voice talent or actors are hired. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions.
In what formats will the promotional video be delivered?
We’ll deliver your promotional video in all the formats and aspect ratios you need—for example, for your website, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, or trade show screens—including subtitles where appropriate.
Do you also film in industrial or other sensitive environments?
Yes. Our film crew has many years of experience working in industrial, technological, and clinical settings—from production floors requiring PPE to operating rooms with real-time X-ray imaging. Every step of the shoot is closely coordinated with your production management team to ensure we capture footage right in the thick of the action without disrupting operations.
Do drone shots also fall within the scope of your services?
Yes, aerial footage is part of our corporate video production. We use drone footage for industrial facilities, company premises, events, or campaign visuals when an aerial perspective best tells the story.
What if a scene can't be filmed in real life?
We then combine film with CGI and 3D visualization created by our in-house team—for example, for products prior to market launch, complex industrial facilities, or elaborate special-effects sequences. You can find more information on our CGI & 3D Visualization page.
